摘要
分析了装有行星变速箱的履带车辆的主离合器起步和换挡离合器起步过程,提出了利用换挡离合器作为起步离合器的无主离合器起步方法,并且制定了换挡离合器起步的控制策略。实车试验表明,利用换挡离合器起步的方案可行,基本满足起步过程的平顺性要求。
The starting processes of main clutch and shifting clutch for planetary transmission in tracked vehicle were introduced through analyzing the traditional starting process of main clutch. Using shifting clutch as starting clutch, a method was put forward, and the control method of the starting process of shifting clutch was instituted. The joint process of starting clutch was controlled by mechanical hydraulic buffering valve. The test showed the design of shifting clutch starting is feasible, and it satisfied the demand of starting process basically. It could do much help to the realization of non-main clutch starting process control.
