摘要
为提高秸秆利用率,针对秸秆饲料的粉碎加工,设计一种锤片式秸秆粉碎机,主要对粉碎机结构进行设计,同时对关键部件进行分析。建立锤片的力矩平衡方程,得出影响锤片平衡的主要因素是转子角速度和锤片摆动角速度。通过利用ADAMS软件,分析锤片在空载状态时的运动参数以及运动规律,对进一步参数优化提供依据。
With the development of animal husbandry, livestock quantity has been increasing in our country, and the feed shortage appears, but it could be effectively solved by straw feeding. In order to improve the utilization of straw, in view of the straw feed crushing process, a kind of hammer type straw grinder was designed. The main structure of mill was designed and the key components were analyzed. The moment balance equation was estab- lished, and the main factors affecting the balance of hammer were concluded, which are rotor angular velocity and hammer swing angular velocity. By using AD- AMS software, the motion parameters and movement rule of hammer in the idle state were analyzed, which provides basis for the further parameter optimization.
