摘要
针对提高锤片式粉碎机锤片对物料的正面冲击和棱角对物料的剪切作用不能同时满足的问题,应用局部气体渗碳工艺,使锤片在横断面上产生硬度差,锤片由正常磨损过程变为自磨刃形成过程。试验表明:在有效工作时间内锤片保持了良好的自磨刃效果,从而提高粉碎机的加工质量和生产率。
With the problem that increasing edges and corners' shearing action to the materials and hammer's positive impact on the materials can not be satisfied simultaneously,the different hardness on the cross section of hammers were made by the local gas carburizing process and hammers' normal wear and tear process was change into the formation of self-sharpening.Good self-sharpening effects were maintained in the hammers' effective working hours,which can improve hammer mill's manufacturing quality and productivity.
