路用层铺式钢纤维混凝土力学性能与破坏特征分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Mechanical Properties and Failure Characteristics of Road Layered Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete

摘要 路用层铺式钢纤维混凝土是采用钢纤维分层铺设在素混凝土内部的一种混凝土结构形式。文中通过采用不同掺量和不同位置布置钢纤维混凝土与普通素混凝土进行力学性能对比试验,分析层铺式钢纤维混凝土的力学性能与破坏特征。结果表明,随着钢纤维掺量的增加,钢纤维混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度发生变化,尤其是双层层铺式钢纤维混凝土抗折强度更要优于素混凝土,当双层钢纤维掺量在0.6和1.2kg/(m2·层)时,层铺式钢纤维混凝土的抗折强度比普通素混凝土分别提高了13.4%和17.7%。根据能量耗能原理以及混凝土试件抗折破坏特征,得出钢纤维对抑制混凝土的早期裂缝和受载后保持混凝土基体的整体性有重要作用。 Road layered steel fiber reinforced concrete is a sort of concrete structure within layered steel fiber. In this paper, comparison tests on mechanics performance are conducted between steel fiberreinforced concrete and ordinary concrete in different dosages and positions to analyze soil mechanics performance and failure characteristics of road layered steel fiber reinforced concrete. The results show that with the increase of the dosage of steel fiber, the concrete compressive strength and flexural strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete change, especially, the flexural strength of double-layered steel fiber reinforced concrete is superior to plain concrete. When double-layered steel fiber are mixed in 0. 6 and 1.2 kg/m2 layer, the flexural strength of layered steel fiber reinforced concrete increases by 13.4% and17. 7 % respectively. According to the principle of energy consumption and the flexural strength characteristics of concrete specimen, it comes to a conclusion that steel fiber plays an important role in restraining the early cracks of concrete and maintaining the integrity of the concrete substrate after loading.
