摘要
目的:建立复方白蒺藜片的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)对复方白蒺藜片中黄芪和补骨脂的主要有效成分进行定性鉴别,应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定复方白蒺藜片中补骨脂的主要有效成分补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。色谱柱为Intersil ODS-3(150×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(55:45V/V),流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为246nm。结果:黄芪、补骨脂薄层图谱斑点清晰,分离效果良好,专属性强,阴性对照无干扰。在HPLC法中,补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的进样量分别在2.0~64.1μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r均为0.9999);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均〈2.5%;平均加样回收率分别为94.77%和96.21%,RSD分别为1.02%和2.17%(n均为9)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于复方白蒺藜片的质量标准控制。
Objective: To establish the quality control standards of the Tribulus terrestris tablet.Methods:Astragalus and Psoralea corylifoliawere identified by TLCin the Tribulus terrestris tablet.The contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in the Tribulus terrestris table were determined by HPLC-UV.The determination was performed on Intersit ODS-3 column (150 × 4.6mm,5μm),with mobile phase consisting of methanol - water (55:45V/V),at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 246nm.Results:TLC spots of Astragalus and Psoralea corylifolia were clear and well separated without negative interference.The linear ranges ofpsoralen and isopsoralen 2.0-64.1μg (r = 0.9999);the RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2.5%; the average recoveries were94.77%(RSD=1.02%,n =9)and96.21%(RSD=2.17%,n= 9),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,and could be used to control the quality of the Tribulus terrestris tablet.
