止疼药在女性晚期癌症患者治疗过程中的意义

The signifi cance of painkillers in patients with advanced cancer treatment process of women

摘要 目的研究并探讨止疼药在女性晚期癌症患者治疗过程中的意义,并分析其应用价值。方法选取我院2012年10月~2014年7月收治的女性晚期癌症患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组以及对照组,各35例。对照组患者采用常规法进行治疗,实验组患者在常规法基础上另添加止疼药进行治疗。比较两组患者的疗效。结果从实验数据可得,实验组患者的疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对不同疼痛程度的患者给予不同的止疼药,安全可靠,疗效显著,值得在临床上广泛推广。
