摘要
椎间盘退变是一个多因素参与的过程。异常应力是导致椎间盘退变的重要因素之一。异常应力可以直接影响纤维环、髓核及终板的正常结构和生理代谢,也可间接影响椎间盘营养途径,使椎间盘细胞发生凋亡,细胞外基质丢失增多,分解代谢相关基因的表达增加,同时可使合成代谢相关基因表达下降,炎性反应增加,从而影响椎间盘的力学特性,加速椎间盘退变。因此研究各种负荷和应力(压缩、拉伸、扭转、弯曲和剪切力等)对椎间盘的影响有重要意义。
Disc degeneration is a multifactor pathological process. Abnormal stress is one of the important factors leading to intervertebral disc degeneration. Abnormal stress can not only directly affect the normal structure and physiological metabolism of the fiber ring,nucleus pulposus and endplate,but also indirectly affect disc nutrition ways. And these factors may lead to notochord cells apoptosis,extracellular matrix loss,increased inflammatory response and metabolism related genes expression,thus affect the mechanical properties of the intervertebral disc,and then accelerate the degeneration of the disc. Hence,it is of great significance to have a study of load and stress( compression,tensile,torsion,bending and shear stress) on intervertebral disc.
