磁共振诊断交叉韧带损伤的临床探析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对磁共振诊断交叉韧带损伤的临床效果进行分析。方法选取2014年2月~2014年12月在我院接受治疗的120例交叉韧带损伤的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行X线摄片诊断,观察组患者进行磁共振诊断,手术后,比较磁共振、X线诊断结果与手术病理诊断结果相符的准确率。结果手术后,磁共振诊断交叉韧带损伤的准确率为95%,X线诊断的准确率为83.3%,磁共振诊断与X线诊断的结果相比较,存在差异,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论磁共振诊断交叉韧带损伤的准确性高,能够有效地指导交叉韧带损伤治疗。 Objective To analysis the clinical effect of MRI on diagnosis of cruciate ligament injury. Methods We divided the 120 cases patients into control group and observation group. The patients were chosen from April 2013 to September 2013. The control group adopted X-ray radiography diagnosis, the observation group adopted the MRI diagnosis. After the surgery,we compared the accuracy rate on the magnetic resonance(NMR),X-ray diagnosis and the surgical pathologic diagnosis result. Results After the operation,the accuracy rate of MRI on the diagnosis of cruciate ligament damage was 95%,the X-ray diagnostic accuracy was 83.3%,it was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference between the two groups and the statistical y significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of MRI on the diagnosis of cruciate ligament injury is high,can effectively guide the cruciate ligament injury treatment.
