摘要
目的探讨低场磁共振(MRI)对前交叉韧带损伤的检查价值,评价前交叉韧带损伤低场MRI的表现。方法回顾性分析31例经过手术、关节镜或临床证实前交叉韧带损伤在低场磁共振序列MRI的影像表现。结果 31例前交叉韧带损伤中急性完全断裂8例(29%),急性部分撕裂12例(38%),陈旧性断裂1例(3%),黏液样变性10例(30%)。结论低场磁共振对前交叉韧带损伤及其合并症显示清晰,在前交叉韧带损伤中具有很高的检查价值。
Objective To explore the low field magnetic resonance（MRI） to check the value of anterior cruciate ligament injury, evaluation of anterior cruciate ligament damage to the performance of the low field MRI. Methods A retrospective analysis of 31 cases after operation or clinical confirmed, arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament injury in low field magnetic resonance imaging MRI sequence. Results Thirty-one cases of anterior cruciate ligament injury in acute completely broken example 8 crack（29%）, acute partial tear 12 cases（38%）, chronic fracture in 1 case（3%）,10 cases of mucous degeneration（30%）. Conclusion Low field MRI in anterior cruciate ligament injury and its complications showed clear, in the anterior cruciate ligament injury has a high value of inspection.
