摘要
本研究以白灵1号为供试菌株,通过对菌丝萌发时间、颜色、密度、均匀度、平均生长速率和生长指数进行比较,探讨7种不同谷物(脱壳与不脱壳)对白灵菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,无论脱壳与否,白灵1号在供试的7种谷物培养基上均能生长,但生长情况各不相同,其中最适合白灵菇菌丝生长的是脱壳高粱培养基,长势评分最好,为5分,平均生长速率最大,达5.892 mm·d-1,菌丝生长指数为29.44,其次为不脱壳的小麦和高粱培养基,最不适合白灵菇菌丝生长的是水稻培养基,长势评分为1分,菌丝生长指数为1.75。
The tested materials of this experiment was Pleurotus nebrodensis No.1. The affection of seven kinds of grain medium (shelling and no shelling) on the growrh of Pleurotus nebrodensis were explorated through comparing mycelium germination time, color, density, uniformity, the average growth rate and growth index. The results showed that whether shelling or not, Pleu- rotus nebrodensis No.1 can grow in the 7 kinds of grain medium, hut the growth situation was different. Shelling sorghum culture medium was the most suitable for Pleurotus nebrodensis mycelium growth, and its growth score was the best which got 5 points, and its average growth rate reached 5.892 mm·d^-1 which was the maximum, and its growth index was 29.44. The followed medi- um was no shelling wheat and sorghum. The no shelling rice medium was the least suitable for Pleurotus nebrodensis mycelium growth, and the growth score was 1 point and the growth index was 1.75.
