Research on Free Flight Vibration Environment of Tactical Missiles

摘要 依据GJB150A-2009中给出的振动量级计算方法确定战术导弹自主飞振动条件存在较大风险,通过分析战术导弹自主飞过程中的主要振源,定量分析了自主飞振动量级计算的局限性。在研究自主飞振动量级与飞行参数相关性的基础上,给出了战术导弹自主飞振动环境的一般规律。探讨了振动实测数据分析结果用于自主飞振动条件制定的不足,结合工程经验和相关文献探讨了确定超声速战术导弹自主飞振动条件的工程方法。 An enormous risk to define the free flight vibration test condition of tactical missiles by the cal- culating method from GJB150A-2009 is existed. The main vibration sources during free flight of tactical missiles and the limitations of calculating method are analyzed. The general rules of free flight vibration environment are studied based on the study of the correlation between the free flight vibration and flight parameters. The defects of defining free flight vibration test condition by measured vibration data analyzing result are discussed. An engineer method which based on engineering experiences and related reference is presented to define the free flight vibration test condition of supersonic tactical missiles.
