摘要
本文总结了分层教学的发展历程和相关理论以及实践。指出其根本目的是解决教学中的学生差距大引起的问题。在当今高职高专的学生的英语教育中,很不平衡。在大班制条件下,作者基于长期的教学实践,探索出了适合这种情况的三步教学法。其操作性强,效果好,但需要配以相应的管理和评价体系。
The paper reviews the literature of stratified teaching methods and points out that its primary purpose is to solve the problems caused by the big gap among students. In terms of the public English teaching for three-year college students, there is much unbalance. Based on long term teaching experience, the author proposes "three-step teaching method" which can be easily carried out and has good efficiency. It also needs the correspondent system of management and evaluation system.
