摘要
为开发茶梅花在抗氧化方面的应用,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鲜茶梅花挥发油,研究其对1,1-二苯基-2-苦味酰基(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrszyl,DPPH)自由基的清除作用。从鲜茶梅花挥发油中共鉴定出39种化合物,占挥发油总质量分数的0.917 25,主要成分为丁香酚(在茶梅花挥发油中的质量分数为0.344 88,下同以质量分数计)、二十烷(0.119 09)、二十四烷(0.078 82)、棕榈酸(0.076 54)、芳樟醇(0.054 30)。挥发油对DPPH自由基具有明显的清除作用,样品量与清除率间呈量效关系。
The scavenging effect of the essential oil from petals of camellia sasanqua as a potential antioxidant on 1,1-diphengl-2-picrylhy drazy( DPPH) radical was evaluated. Thirty-nine compounds,which occupied 0.917 25 of the mass fraction of total constituents,were identified from the essential oil. The major constituents were eugenol( the mass fraction of volatile oil from flower of Camellia Sasanqua Thunb were 0. 344 88,the same below),eicosane( 0. 119 09),tetraeosane( 0. 078 82),palmitic acid( 0. 076 54) and linalool( 0. 054 30).The essential oil exhibited significant scavenging capacities against DPPH·in a concentration-dependent manner.
