红厚壳光合特性及其与生态因子的关系 被引量:14

摘要 红厚壳(Calophyllum inophyllum Linn.)经济价值和生态效益十分巨大,为了研究其光合特性及其与生态因子的关系,为其生态栽培和商业栽培提供理论依据,对栽植6a的红厚壳利用便携式光合作用测定系统LI-6400测定其光合特性,试验包括以下在自然生长的条件下测定叶片光合、蒸腾作用的日变化规律;控制CO2浓度,测定叶片在不同光合有效辐射强度下光合作用的变化规律;控制光合有效辐射强度,测定叶片在不同CO2浓度下光合作用的变化规律。试验结果表明:(1)红厚壳叶片净光合速率与蒸腾速率日变化均为单峰型;(2)红厚壳叶片净光合速率与光合有效辐射、CO2浓度及其它相关生态因子(包括有蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水汽压差和叶温)均呈二次线性关系。红厚壳适于生长强光、高温的环境。 The leaf photosynthesis characteristics of six years old Calophyllum inophyllum Linn. on the low hill land on Hainan Island were studied with Li-6400 Portable Photosynthesis System, and the experimentation consisted of three parts: the diurnal variation of photosynthesis rate (Pn) and transpiration rate (Tr) of leaves under the conditions of nature, the change laws of Pn under the condition of various intensities of photosynthesis active radiation (PAR) and the same COs concentrations (Ca), the change laws of Pn under the condition of various Ca and the same intensities of PAR. The results show that: (1) The diurnal changes of Pn and Tr of Calophyllum inophyllum Linn. leaves take on one-peak curve. (2) The all regressive equation between Pn and PAR, Ca and other ecological factors (such as Tr, stomatal conductance (Gc), vapor pressure deficit at the leaf surface (VpdL) and the temperature of leaves (Tl)) are all twice linear relation. The results of the study provide the fundamental for the ecological and commercial cultivation of Calophyllum inophyllum Linn.. And it is fit to grow in the strong light and high temperature environments.
