摘要
利用29个培养基配方,进行了云芝菌液体摇瓶发酵试验,考察了发酵菌粉的多糖质量分数和菌粉干质量。结果表明:以菌粉多糖质量分数不低于0.04,菌粉干质量不低于20 g/L为标准,最优培养基配方为黄豆饼粉20 g/L,葡萄糖30 g/L,玉米粉10 g/L,酵母膏5 g/L,Ca CO31.5 g/L,KH2PO41.0 g/L,Mg SO41.5 g/L,p H自然,多糖质量分数为0.049 4;菌体干质量为21.00 g/L。
29 mediums were applied to produce mycelium by liquid fermentation of Coriolus versicolor,and the intracellular polysaccharide contents and dry cell weights of mycelium under different mediums were evaluated respectively. When intracellular polysaccharide mass fraction( more than 0. 004 0) and cell dry weight( more than 20 g/L) were achieved,No. 14 was chosen as a suitable medium.
