摘要
通过定量分析82B盘条心部碳含量与网状渗碳体之间的关系,确定了网状渗碳体形成的临界碳含量。研究了碳含量的增加对网状渗碳体形成温度与相变前冷速对网状渗碳体形成的影响。结果表明,碳含量的提高明显扩大了网状渗碳体形成的温度范围,碳含量超过1.0%时必然会在盘条中形成网状渗碳体;相变前提高盘条的冷却速度有利于抑制网状渗碳体的形成。
Quantitative relationship between carbon content and cementite network in the center of 82B was investigated and the critical carbon content of formation of cementite network was determined. Then, the influence of carbon content on the formation temperature of eementite network and the influence of cooling rate on the cementite network were studied. The results show that the formation temperature range of cementite network increases and the cementite network forms if the carbon content of wire rods is higher than 1.0%. It is beneficial to increase the cooling rate to reduce the cementite network before pearlite phase transformation.
