鲍曼不动杆菌产NDM酶的基因研究进展

摘要 NDM-1是一种新型金属β-内酰胺酶,自2008年被首次发现,便吸引了公众及研究者的目光.随之NDM的不同亚型也相继被报道.该文章主要对NDM-1及NDM-2分子特点及结构、基因序列及不同亚型的研究进展作一综述. NDM-1 is a new type of metallo-beta-lactamase.Since it was discovered in 2008,NDM-1 has attracted the attention of the public and researchers.Then the different subtypes of NDM have also been reported.This article mainly summarizes the research progress of the molecular characteristic,structure,genic sequence of NDM-1 and NDM-2 and the different subtypes of NDM.
