产NDM-1泛耐药肠杆菌科细菌研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 新近出现的产NDM-1(New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase 1,Ⅰ型新德里金属β–内酰胺酶)泛耐药肠杆菌科细菌,对现有大多数抗菌药物包括β-内酰胺类、碳青霉烯类、氨基糖苷类、大环内酯类和喹诺酮类等抗菌药物具有广泛耐药性,仅对多黏菌素和替加环素敏感,给临床感染治疗带来很大困难,本文就产NDM-1泛耐药肠杆菌科细菌的流行状况、耐药和传播机制、实验室检测以及临床感染防治做一综述。 Emerging NDM-1 induced extensive drug resistance (XDR) in Enterobacteriaceae is a new chanllenge. This XDR demonstated resistant to β-1actams including carbapenems, aminoglycosides, macrolides and quinolones and other antimicrobial agents. Only polymyxin and tigecycline maintained activities against NDM-I XDR bacteria. We reviewed the progesses of the prevalence, mechanism, clinical features and treatment of NDM-1 producing Enterobacteriaceae bacterial infections.
