摘要
目的:检测过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体-γ(PPAR-γ)和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在乳腺导管内癌和浸润性导管癌中表达情况,探讨PPAR-γ和COX-2表达关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测乳腺导管内癌和浸润性导管癌组织中PPAR-γ和COX-2表达,并对两者与临床特征的相关性进行χ2检验和Spearman等级相关分析。结果:与乳腺导管内癌相比,乳腺浸润性导管癌中PPAR-γ阳性率降低,而COX-2表达增加(P<0.05)。在乳腺导管内癌和浸润性导管癌中PPAR-γ与COX-2均呈负相关关系。浸润性导管癌中PPAR-γ和COX-2与组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移和复发均有关系(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺导管癌中PPAR-γ与COX-2表达呈负相关关系,两者与肿瘤的进展和预后密切相关。
Objective: To detect the expressions of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPAR-γ) and cyclooxygenase- 2 (COX-2) in breast ductal carcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma, explore the relationship between PPAR-γexpression and COX-2 expression. Methods : Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of PPAR-γand COX-2 in breast ductal carcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma, x^2 test and Spearman rank correlation analysis were used to analyze the correlation between PPAR-γ, COX-2and clinical characteristics, Results: Compared with breast ductalcarcinoma, the positive rate of PPAR-γ in breast invasive ductal carcinoma decreased, while the expression of COX-2 increased (P〈 0. 05) . In breast ductal carcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma, PPAR-γ was negatively correlated with COX-2. In breast invasive ductal carcinoma, PPAR-γ and COX-2 were correlated with histological grade, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, and recurrence ( P〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: PPAR-γ expression is negatively correlated with COX-2 expression in breast ductal carcinoma, PPAR-γ and COX- 2 are closely correlated with progression and prognosis of ductal breast cancer.
