摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定不同厂家发酵型茶叶中阿魏酸的含量,色谱条件为Shimpack VP-ODS C_(18)(150 mm×6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.2%冰醋酸-甲醇(28:72),检测波长314 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/min。结果表明,阿魏酸在20~100μg/mL范围内线性良好(相关系数R^2=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为98.73%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.71%。测得9个厂家不同发酵型茶叶中阿魏酸的含量在22.559~30.286μg/g,其中湖南益阳的湘益茯砖茶阿魏酸含量最高,为30.286μg/g。该方法简便快速,适用于发酵型茶叶中阿魏酸含量的测定。
The ferulic acid contents of fermented tea from different manufacturers were determined by HPLC. The separation was performed on Shimpack VP-ODS C18 column (150 mm×6 mm, 5 μm) with 0.2% glacial acetic acid-methyl alcohol (28:72) as mobile phase. Ferulic acid was detected at 314 nm with flowing rate 1.0 ml/min at 30 ~C. The calibration curve was linear (R^2=0.999 8) in the range of 20-100 μg/ml for ferulic acid. The average recovery was 98.73% and relative standard deviation was 1.71%, respectively. The ferulic acid contents of fermented tea from 9 manufacturers were 22.559-30.286 μg/g, and the ferulic acid content in Xiangyi brick tea was the highest of 30.286 μg/g. The method was quick and convenient for ferulic acid determination for fermented tea.
