摘要
为检测染色红花饮片中的酸性红73,采用HPLC的实验方法对红花中的酸性红73定性鉴定.HPLC结果显示,该方法专属性较强,易于操作,简便易行,可以准确检测到红花中的酸性红73.
In order to determine the acid red 73 （ AR73 ） in the dyed safflower, the HPLC method was used to test the AR73.The experiment results indicated that this method was sensitive and repeatable.And it can determine the AR73 in the safflower easily.
