摘要
从法律制度的角度讲,实现食品安全仅仅依靠一部《食品安全法》是不现实的,问题的解决还需要更多的法律规范或者部门法的相互协调与衔接,以形成完整的食品安全法律责任追究体系。
In the perspective of the legal system, it is unrealistic to keep food safety solely on ＂ Food Safety Law＂. In order to solve the problem, the mutual coordination and convergence of more legal norms and department law are needed to form a complete accountability system of food safety laws.
