橡皮障封闭剂替代材料应用体会 被引量:5

Experience in using substitute materials for rubber base adhesive

摘要 根管治疗成功的关键是彻底清除根管系统的感染,根管治疗时必须严格隔湿、干燥,杜绝再感染[1].正确放置橡皮障可以隔离患牙,防止唾液和舌等阻碍操作,改善视野,避免意外,节省操作时间,提高患者舒适度,使口腔治疗更专业、更无菌、更安全、更舒适、更省时,是现代根管治疗标准的必要步骤.然而,由于橡皮障布与牙颈部不能完全紧贴,在治疗过程中,水及根管消毒药物会沿缝隙处流入口腔,引起患者不适,由于橡皮障的阻挡,使护士必须翻开橡皮障布,才能将吸唾管放入患者口腔中,增加了吸唾难度,进而延长了治疗时间.
