摘要
目的探讨上颌快速扩弓矫治恒牙早期后牙反合及下颌偏斜的特点及临床处理。方法回顾性分析8例上颌快速扩弓矫治患者临床资料,予以上颌快速扩弓矫治,对比矫治前后头颅定位后前位片(P-A)测量分析结果。结果全组患者矫治后各标志点与正中矢状定位线的水平距离均较矫治前有显著改善(P<0.05)。全组患者矫治后S3面积相比矫治前有显著变化(P<0.05)。全组患者上颌快速扩弓矫治过程均未见明显不适和不良反应。结论对于常见的恒牙早期后牙反合及相关性下颌偏斜,可规范予以上颌快速扩弓矫治扩大上颌牙弓、纠正下颌骨不对称部分,消除患者不适、改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and clinical treatment of rapid maxillary expansion appliance in the treatment of posterior crossbite and mandibular deviation in early stage of permanent teeth. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 8 cases treated by rapid maxillary expansion appliance, and comparison was made between measurement results of head positioning posteroanterior slices （P-A） before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, the horizontal distances between the marked points and the median sagittal position line of all patients were obviously improved （P〈0.05）. The S3 area after treatment was obviously changed, compared with that before treatment （P〈0.05）. There were no discomfort and adverse reactions for all patients in the treatment of rapid maxillary expansion appliance. Conclusion The common cases of posterior crossbite and related mandibular deviation can be treated by rapid maxillary expansion appliance to enlarge maxillary dental arch, to correct the asymmetric part of mandible, and to eliminate discomforts and improve life quality.
