摘要 以三氯异氰尿酸(TCCA)为促进剂,硫酚和亚磷酸酯为原料合成一系列硫代磷酸酯,并用1 H NMR,13 C NMR和质谱对产物结构进行表征。与传统方法相比,该法快速、高效、反应条件温和且底物兼容性好,为硫代磷酸酯的合成提供新的途径。 A series of thiophosphates were synthesized by coupling reaction between thiophenols and phos-phites promoted by trichloroisocyanuric acid(TCCA). All the compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass. Compared with conventional methods, this protocol shows some advantages such as fast, highly efficient, mild and good substrate compatibility. This work provides a new methodology for the synthesis of thiophosphates.
