摘要
本文介绍了使用反相高效液相色谱仪,C18柱,以甲醇和冰乙酸水溶液为流动相,具可调波长紫外检测器,对三氯异氰尿酸制剂进行定量分析的方法。该方法的标准偏差为0.03,变异系数为0.06%,线性相关系数为0.9994,平均回收率为100.3%。
Reversion high performance liquid chromatography with C18 Colomn was introduced. It was methanol and glacial acetic acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase, and has tunable wave length ultraviolet detector. The mothod quantitative analysis to trichloroisocyanuric acid was introduced as well. The standard deviation was 0.03, coefficient of variation was 0.06%, lineraly dependent coefficient was 0.9994, and average recouery was 100.3 %.
