摘要
目的:研究脉血康联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将DPN的患者60例随机分为治疗组(ZL)及对照组(DZ),对照组给予甲钴胺,治疗组在对照组基础上加用脉血康。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,治疗后能明显降低周围神经病变得分,能改善患者临床症状,且以上有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脉血康联合甲钴胺片能改善患者的神经症状,是治疗DPN有效的方法。
Objective：To survey treatment of DPN treatedby maixinkang capsule and methycobal.Methods：60 eases of DPN patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,the control group take methycobal.the treatment group take the maixinkang capsule on the basis of control group.Results：After treatment, Treatment group compared with the control group,can lower efficient score of DNP, and the clinicalsymptoms is significantly improved;the two groups had statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Maixinkang capsule and methycobal may improve the DPN symptoms,it may be a more effective way to deal with DPN.
