摘要
目的探讨舒血宁注射液联合基础疗法治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法选取2013年3月至2016年3月我院收治的糖尿病足患者62例,按随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各31例。观察组患者采用舒血宁注射液联合基础疗法治疗;对照组患者仅适用基础疗法治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后其患处动脉血管内径及患处动脉血管血流量均显著优于对照组,观察组患者治疗后临床疗效显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用舒血宁注射液联合基础疗法治疗糖尿病足可以有效改善患者患处血流情况,临床疗效显著,具有应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shuxuening injection combined with basic therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Totally 62 diabetic patients treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 31 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with Shuxuening injection combined with basic therapy; while those in the control group were only treated with basic therapy, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the diameter of the artery and the blood flow of the artery in the affected area were significantly better than those in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment, P〈0.05. Conclusion The use of Shuxuening injection combined with basic therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot can effectively improve the patient＇s blood flow in the affected area. The clinical effect is significant and it has application value.
