摘要
目的:观察藏医放血疗法治疗高血脂的临床效果。方法:选取本院2013年6月—2014年12月收治的高血脂患者100例,患者均采用藏医放血疗法治疗,观察患者治疗前后甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇等血脂全项指标变化和临床疗效。结果:患者治疗后的血脂全项指标优于治疗前,治疗前后的比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。临床控制10例,显效48例,有效34例,临床总有效率为92%。结论:采用藏医放血疗法治疗高血脂可有效改善患者的血脂水平,临床疗效良好。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of bloodletting therapy in Tibetan Medicine on hyperlipemia.Methods：100 cases with hyperlipemia from June, 2013 to December,2014 were treated with bloodletting therapy. The changes of triglyceride,total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and other lipid indexes and clinical effects before and after treatment were observed.Results：The indexes after treatment were better than those before treatment with the statistical significance, P〈0.05.10 cases were controlled,48 cases excellently effective,34 cases effective, the total effective rate was 92%. Conclusion： Bloodletting therapy in Tibetan Medicine can improve the blood lipid level with significant effect on hyperlipemia.
