摘要
现代社会人们患痛风病的现象较普遍,且痛风发病率呈明显上升趋势。生长于高海拔地域的人群,因其所处的独特地理环境和特殊的生活习惯,痛风病频发。痛风已成为威胁人们健康的一种常见病。近年来,诸多临床及实验研究表明,藏族医药(以下简称藏医药)在治疗痛风方面效果显著,体现出疗效好、安全性高、复发率低等特点,深受医药学界的关注。通过查阅大量文献,总结了近年来藏医药治疗痛风的研究现状,为研究者进一步发掘治疗痛风的藏族药(以下简称藏药)资源,研发新的抗痛风藏药提供参考。
Gout is prevailing in modern society,and its incidence has been on the rise.Because of the unique geographical environment and special living habits,especially in the high-altitude areas,frequently suffer from gout,which has become a common disease that threatens people's lives.In recent years,many clinical and experimental studies have shown that Tibetan medicine is effective in relieving gout,and it has received wide attention from the medical field due to the good efficacy,high safety,and low recurrence rate.By consulting a large number of literature reports,this paper summarized the research status of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of gout in recent years,aiming to provide reference for further exploration of Tibetan medicinal resources for the treatment of gout and development of new anti-gout Tibetan medicines.
