摘要
目的通过比较酶底物法与多管发酵法测定水中总大肠菌群的一致性,判定在某实验室条件下能否用酶底物法替代多管发酵法测定水中总大肠菌群。方法利用加标实验检测方法,比较酶底物法和多管发酵法检测结果的一致性。结果酶底物法与多管发酵法用于水中大肠菌群检测结果具有一致性,差异无统计学意义(t=0.89,P>0.05)。结论酶底物法具有快速简便的特点,可以作为评价水质微生物污染的标准方法。
Objective To judge if the enzyme substrate technique can replace the multiple - tube fermentation technique to detect the total coliform bacteria in water in this laboratory condition through the comparison be- tween 2 methods. Methods Using inoculated method to compare the equivalence between the 2 meth- ods. Results Enzyme substrate technique shows equivalence with multiple -tube fermentation technique, and the differences has no statistically significant (t = 0. 89, P 〉 0. 05) . Conclusions The enzyme substrate tech- nique is a rapid method, and it can be used as a standard method for water microbiological safety evaluation.
