摘要
学前藏汉双语师资的质量影响着藏族地区的学前教育的发展。然而,当下学前藏汉双语教师教育在数量及结构、教师素养等方面存在着诸多问题。在民族地区,高质量师资教育要立足民族地区实际,依托高等院校资源,通过构建科学的教育理念、设置合理课程和建立学前藏汉双语教育师资培训中心等措施,方可培养出藏汉兼通的学前双语教师,进而加强藏族地区双语师资队伍建设。
Affect the quality of bilingual teachers pre--school education in Tibetan areas of develop- ment. Now, Tibetan--Han bilingual teachers in pre--school education in quantity and structure, there are many problems in teachers accomplishment, etc. In ethnic minority areas, the high quality teacher educa- tion should be based on actual in national regions, relying on the resources in colleges and universities by building science education idea, set up reasonable curriculum, establish Tibet--Han bilingual education in preschool teacher training center, so can cultivate Tibetan and preschool bilingual teachers, bilingual teachers team construction, strengthen the Tibetan region.
