摘要
通过网页调查的方式,收集整理2013-2014年度美国最佳医院排行榜的18家医院的志愿服务项目,分类总结了美国医院开展的志愿服务内容。根据服务类型所划分的包括:资讯服务、陪伴服务、康乐服务、心理服务;根据医院部门划分的包括:门诊大厅志愿服务,急诊室志愿服务,手术室志愿服务,住院部志愿服务,各治疗中心志愿服务,健康教育资源中心、行政部门志愿服务以及其他的一些医院特色志愿服务项目。在此基础上,提出我国在志愿服务发展过程中应从以下方面入手:构建常态化的医院志愿服务模式,探索具有本土化特色的医院志愿服务项目,并以项目化管理方式推进医院志愿服务发展。
With the help of web survey method, this article collects volunteer services in 18 best hospitals in USA in 2013 - 14 and summarizes the contents of volunteer services. And also summarized the classification of A- merican hospitals volunteer services： information service, company service, recreational services and heart serv- ices, according to the service type ; Outpatient volunteer service, volunteer emergency room, operating room volun- teer service, the inpatient volunteer service, the treatment center volunteer service, health education resource cen- tre, and other administrative department volunteer services, according to the department. Pointed out that during the development of volunteer service of our country should follow three points ： to build normalized hospital volunteer service mode; to explore hospital volunteer service projects with local characteristics; and to promote the develop- ment of hospital volunteer project management way.
