摘要
目的:观察瞿幸教授辨证治疗荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:选取荨麻疹患者74例,所有患者均给予辨证治疗,主要分为风寒束表、风热犯表、脾胃不和、血虚受风等证。结果:74例患者中,痊愈19例,显效28例,有效18例,无效9例,有效率为62.16%。结论:中医辨证治疗荨麻疹具有确切的临床疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of urticaria treated by Professor Qu Xing based on syndrome differentiation. Methods ：74 cases with urticaria were selected and all performed syndrome differentiation and treatment. The major syndromes can be divided into wind-cold fettering the exterior, wind heat attacking the exterior,disharmony of the spleen and stomach,blood defi- ciency and wind attacking. Resuhs：Of the 74 eases, 19 cases got cured,28 cases showed excellent effect, 18 cases were effective and 9 cases was non-effective;the effective rate was 62, 16%. Conclusion：Syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM has def- inite clinical effect on urticaria.
