摘要
目的研究消风散联合地氯雷他定治疗小儿慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选取120例小儿慢性荨麻疹患儿,随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,其中对照组仅采用地氯雷他定治疗,而治疗组应用消风散与地氯雷他定联合治疗,比较两组疗效。结果两组治愈率、总有效率及复发率对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消风散联合地氯雷他定治疗小儿慢性特发性荨麻疹具有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Xiaofeng powder combined with loratadine in the treatment of children with chronic idiopathic urticaria. Methods 120 children with chronic idiopathic urticaria were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 patients in each group. The control group received desloratadine treatment and the treatment group received Xiaofeng powder combined with desloratadine. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The two groups were significantly different in the cure rate,total effective rate and recurrence rate,with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xiaofeng powder combined with loratadine shows good efficacy in the treatment of children with chronic idiopathic urticaria,thereby worthy of promotion.
