摘要
肿瘤微环境包括肿瘤新生血管、缺氧及酸性环境、炎症系统及免疫系统、细胞外基质等,对肿瘤细胞的生长及转移也起到了至关重要的作用。因此,肿瘤的治疗除了从肿瘤本身入手,更应该注重从肿瘤微环境这一靶点着手。中医药可通过改善肿瘤微环境来防止肿瘤的复发和转移,从而为中医药治疗肿瘤开拓一片新天地。
The tumor microenvironment, including tumor angiogenesis, hypoxia, the acidic environment, the inflammatory system, the immune system and extracellular matrix and so on, plays a very important role in the growth and metastasis of the tumor cells. So we can treat tumor not only from itself, hut also from the tumor mlcroenvironment. Traditional Chinese medicine can prevent the tumor recurrence and metastasis through changing tumor mieroenvironment, which can open a new era for the traditional Chinese medicine therapy.
