摘要
多形性胶质母细胞瘤(glioblastoma multiforme,GBM)是最常见的神经系统恶性肿瘤,目前尚缺乏十分有效的治疗策略。造成GBM死亡率居高不下的主要原因在于其在脑内发生广泛的浸润。肿瘤微环境是一个由肿瘤细胞、细胞外基质、基质细胞、细胞因子、免疫细胞等共同构成的肿瘤局部的病理环境,具有组织缺氧、酸中毒、间质高压等特点。GBM的侵袭行为与脑肿瘤微环境紧密相关。本文就肿瘤微环境中各因素影响GBM侵袭行为的研究进展进行综述。
Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common and lethal primary malignant tumor of the central nervous system, and effective therapeutic options are lacking. The reason that it causes the high death rate lies in the wide invasion to brain. The tumor microenvironment is constituted of tumor cells, extracellular matrix, stromal cells, cytokines,immune cells and characterized with tissue hypoxia, acidosis,interstitial high pressure and so on. The invasion of GBM is closely related with the brain tumor microenvironment. This article reviewed the research advance of brain tumor microenvironment affecting invasion behavior in C.RM
