摘要
在当今的教育背景下,中学物理教师创新素养的培养十分重要。提高中学物理教师创新素养,应加强教师培训,建立有利于创新的教师培训制度和考评机制;以加强创新能力建设为重点,促进物理教师创新素养的提升;实施创新人才培养计划,提高创新教育的实效性;优化校园创新教育环境,促进创新型教师团队建设。
In today＇ s educational background, it is very important to cultivate physics teachers＂ innovative tlteracy in secondary school. This paper presents some measures to improve the innovation competence of middle school phys- ics teachers, including strengthening the training of teachers to establish training system and evaluation mechanism beneficial to teachers＇ innovation, focusing on strengthening innovative competence building to promote the innova- tive qualities of physics teachers＇ , implementing training plan for innovative talents to improve the effectiveness of innovative education and optimizing campus environment of innovative education to promote the team construction of innovative-type teachers.
