摘要
提出了用 6 .5 %吐温 + 5 .5 %邻苯二甲酸二壬酯涂于 10 2白色硅烷化担体上的不锈钢色谱柱 ,对氰乙酸甲酯合成的中间体和产品进行定量分析 ,取得较满意的效果。本法的标准偏差 0 .15 8% ,变异系数 0 .16 % ,回收率 99.3%～ 10 0 .3%。
The article proposed a method of the gas chromatographic determination for methyl cyanoacetate and intermidiates. Using stainless steel column of 102 white silanized suporting medium coating 6.5% Tween 80 and 5.5% dinonyl o phthalate, the satisfactory results were achieved. Standard deviation of the method is 0.15%, coefficient of variation is 0.16%, coefficient of recovery is 99.3%.
