摘要
目的观察地龙舒腰胶囊治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将130例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组65例。对照组予风湿骨痛胶囊口服,治疗组予地龙舒腰胶囊口服。两组疗程均为1个月,观察临床疗效,比较疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、下腰痛功能评分(JOA)、直腿抬高角度(SLR)的变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为90.77%和73.85%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,两组VAS与JOA评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,VAS与JOA评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3治疗前后组内比较,两组SLR水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,SLR水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地龙舒腰胶囊治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症,可明显减轻疼痛及活动受限症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂ Dilong Shuyao Capsules＂ in treating lumbar disc herniation of the cold dampness type. Methods One hundred and thirty cases with lumbar disc herniation of the cold dampness were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with ＂Dilong Shuyao Capsules＂ and the control group was treated group was treated with ＂Fengshi Gutong Cauples＂, with the course of one month. The clinical efficacy was observed and the changes of pain visual analogue scale （ VAS）, lower back pain score （ JOA）, and straight leg raising angle （SLR） were compared. Results ①The total effective rate was 90.77 % in the treatment group and 73.85 % in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. ②Comparing before and after treatment in both groups, VAS and JOA scores of both groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05 ）; after treatment there was significant differences in the VAS and JOA scores between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）.③Comparing before and after treatment in both groups, there were significant differences in the SLR level （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Comparing the two groups after treatment, the difference in SLR level was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Dilong Shuyan Capsules＂ is effective to relieve the symptoms of pain and limited mobility and improve the quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation of the cold dampness type.
