摘要
目的探讨腰痹通联合甲钴胺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月在我院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者94例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为观察组、对照组,每组47例。对照组患者单用甲钴胺进行治疗,观察组患者采用腰痹通胶囊联合甲钴胺进行治疗。观察记录两组患者的总有效率、治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、治疗前后的血清丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果观察组治疗4周后的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清MDA水平低于对照组,血清SOD水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰痹通联合甲钴胺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,可有效提升患者的治疗总有效率,在减轻患者疼痛、降低血清MDA水平和提升血清SOD水平方面均具有积极意义,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Yaobitong combined with Meeobalamin in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 94 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the object of this study.They were divided into the observation group （n=47） and control group （n=47） according to the random number method.The patients in the control group were treated with Mecobalamin.The patients in the observation group were treated with Yaobitong Capsules and Mecobalamin.The total effective rate,VAS score before and after treatment,serum MDA and SOD level before and after treatment were observed and recorded in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group after 4 weeks was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.After treatment,VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.After treatment,sernm MDA level in the ob- served group was lower than that of the control group,and serum SOD level was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Yaobitong combined with Mecobal- amin treating lumbar disc herniation is significant.It can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment,in re- ducing the patients＇ pain,reducing serum MDA level and enhancing the serum SOD level shows a positive significance. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
