摘要
小型振动冲击夯在许多基础设施施工中得到广泛的应用,特别是在空间狭小的区域更显示出其不可替代性。这种便携式冲击夯要求工作可靠、结构紧凑。以TPS350型振动冲击夯为研究对象,利用UG的运动仿真模块,设计了传动机构并分析该传动方案的合理性,在此基础上对传动机构的关键部件——偏心连杆的轮廓曲线进行优化设计。设计的连杆在满足运动传递、力传递的同时,改善了机构性能,缩小了产品的尺寸,降低了产品制造成本,为紧凑型冲击夯的设计提供了参考。
Minitype compacter is widely used in base construction, especially in incapacious place. The properties of this type compacter are high reliability and compact structure. Taking TPS350 compacter as object, with UG simulation module, the drive mech?anism was designed and its rationality was analyzed. Based on the simulation results, the drive link profile curve was optimized. The work can guide the design of other type of compacter.
