摘要
为处理报废弹药,设计了一种新型炮弹防潮塞旋卸装置。采用ADAMS和ANSYS建立虚拟样机模型,用虚拟样机技术对旋卸装置进行动态分析。以主要参数为设计变量对装置进行优化设计,解决了旋卸装置中卡板厚度难以确定的问题。
To dispose the scrap ammunition, a new type of screwing - off device of projectile is designed. A parameterized virtual prototyping model of screwing - off device is built up by using ADAMS and ANSYS. Virtual prototyping technology is used to carry out the dynamic response analysis for screwing - off device. Optimization design for screwing - off device is implemented by taking main parameters as design variables. Thickness of clamp is determined in the process.
