镀锌液中苄叉丙酮含量与消耗速率的测定 被引量:4

摘要 研究了酸度、无机盐、高级脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠等对氯化钾型镀锌主光亮剂苄叉丙酮吸光度的影响。提出了测定苄叉丙酮含量的紫外分光光度法。该方法快速、准确 ,可用于监控工业中氯化钾镀锌电镀液中的苄叉丙酮。 A UV\|spectrophotometry method was used to determine the content of brightener benzalacetone in potassium chloride zinc electroplating, and many factors affecting the UV absorption were studied such as pH, inorganic salt, sodium higher fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene sulphate, etc. The method was rapid and accurate and could be applied to monitor the benzalacetone content in Zn electroplating industry. Consuming rate of benzalacetone was also measured.
