摘要
冷链物流的高速发展带来了冷链物流人才的紧缺,然而目前冷链物流从业人员大多由传统物流转岗而来,他们对冷链的特性和操作规范不熟悉,人才质量不能满足行业发展的需求。因此,文中对冷链物流人才的岗位及专业知识与技能进行了分析,提炼了冷链物流人才的特性并在此基础上提出了冷链物流人才培养的途径。
The high-speed development of cold chain logistics brings the talents shortage. However, the cold chain logistics talents are mostly from the Ordinary logistics. They are not familiar with the characteristics and operating rules of cold chain logistics. The quality of talents can not meet the needs of industry. Therefore, this paper analyzes the professional characteristics, knowledge and skills of cold chain logistics, and based on this, put forward the cold chain logistics talents training ways.
