摘要
针对现阶段高职软件技术专业人才培养模式面临的问题,提出了高职软件技术专业个性化职业技能培养模式。在详细分析对比现阶段高职软件技术专业人才培养模式和高职软件技术专业个性化职业技能培养模式基础上,通过实践教学效果进行论证,证实高职软件技术专业个性化职业技能培养模式具有很强的现实意义,能使"个性"教育适应企业的"个性"需求。
There are some problems in the talent training mode of the present stage of software technology specialty in higher vocational education. To solve these problems, this paper proposes the personalized job skill training mode in software technology specialty. Based on the detail analysis and contrast between the higher vocational education training mode and the personalized job skill training mode in software technology specialty, and the feasibility studies through the practice teaching effect, confirmes that the personalized job skill training model of software technology specialty in higher vocational education has very strong realistic meaning, it can realize the "personality" of university education to adapt the enterprise's "personality" demand.
