摘要
目的了解北京雁栖湖生态示范区主要病媒生物的种群分布、密度和季节消长情况,为大规模开发生态环境提供本底对照资料。方法鼠密度监测采用夹夜法,蚊虫监测采用CO2诱蚊灯法,蝇密度监测采用笼诱法,蜚蠊密度监测采用粘捕法。结果共捕捉鼠类24只,隶属1目1科3属5种,以褐家鼠和小家鼠为优势鼠种;捕获雌蚊1 483只,平均蚊密度为2.06只/(灯·h),7月为密度高峰期;捕获成蝇2 243只,平均密度为6.23只/笼,夏季达到最高峰,以麻蝇、家蝇、丝头绿蝇为优势蝇种;捕获蜚蠊38只,均为德国小蠊,平均密度为0.01只/(张·夜)。结论北京雁栖湖生态示范区地区鼠、蚊、蝇和蜚蠊的密度及种类均在正常范围内,甚至低于国家标准。
[ Objective ] To understand the population distribution, density and seasonal fluctuation of the main vectors in Yanqi ecological demonstration area, and provide the background control for large-scale development of the ecological environment. [ Methods ] the density of rat, mosquito, fly and cockroach were monitored respectively by the night-trapping method, the carbon dioxide-trapping method, cage-trapping method and the sticky-trapping method. [Results] A total of 24 rodents were captured, belonging to a head a division 3 and 5 species, Rattus norvegicus and mus musculus were the dominant species. Totally 1 483 female mosquitoes were captured, the average mosquito density was 2.06 / light · hour, July was the density peak. And 2 243 adult flies were captured, the average density was 6.23 / cage, reached a peak in summer, hemp flies, houseflies and silk head green flies were dominant species. Thirty-eight cockroaches were captured, they were all German species, the average density was 0.01/piece.night. [Conclusion] The density and species of rat, mosquito, fly and cockroach in Yanqi ecological demonstration area are within the normal range, even lower than the national standards.
