摘要
以Nb2O5、Na OH和KOH为原料和矿化剂,Sb2O3和Ta2O5分别作为Sb和Ta的来源,采用水热法合成了Sb和Ta共掺杂的铌酸钾钠,(K,Na)Nb O3(KNN)无铅压电陶瓷粉体。借助XRD和SEM研究了掺杂对产物形貌和晶体结构的影响。结果表明,当Sb掺杂量在2-8 mol%时,Sb扩散进KNN晶格中生成新的固溶体,产物为钙钛矿结构。Sb掺杂量固定在2 mol%,Ta掺杂量在2-4 mol%时,KNN由正交相转变为四方相。随着Ta掺杂量的增加,粉体由3-4μm的球形逐渐变为1-2μm的立方体状。
Sb and Ta doped (K, Na)NbO3 (KNN) lead-free piezoelectric ceramic powders were synthesized via hydrothermal method using Nb2Os, KOH and NaOH as the main raw materials, Sb2O3 as Sb source and TarO5 as Ta source. The effects of doping of Sb and Ta on the morphology and crystal structure of KNN were studied by XRD and SEM. The results show that when the Sb content changed from 2 mol % to 8 mol %, Sb could spread into the KNN lattice and form a new solid solution and the products were all of perovskite structure (K, Na) NbO3. When the doping amount of Sb was fixed at 2 mol %, Ta content changed from 2 mol % to 4 mol %, the crystal structure changed from orthorhombic phase to tetragonal phase perovskite structure. With the increasing of Ta content, 3-4μm -sized spherical KNN powders changed into 1-2 μm cubic shaped powders.
