摘要
在网络服务背景下,图书馆用户的信息需求模式发生了深刻变化,公共图书馆如何基于用户需求开展信息服务成为图书馆人关注的焦点。分析了当前公共图书馆服务创新研究的现状,阐述了公共图书馆服务理念和服务内容的创新内涵,以期推动公共图书馆事业的整体进步。
Under the background of the network service, some profound changes have taken place in user＇ s information demand model, and how the public library to develop the information service based on user＇s demand has become the focus for public libraries. This paper analyzes the current status of the study on public library＇ s service innovation, and expounds the innovation connotations of public library＇ s service concept and service content in order to promote the overall progress of the public library cause.
