摘要
信息网络时代的到来使得高校图书馆读者服务建设越来越多样化,从电子阅览室的出现到无线网络的全面覆盖,再到手机图书馆的开发和图书馆微博微信的应用,高校图书馆的读者服务建设总是跟随着网络信息技术前进的步伐。然而信息网络时代高校图书馆读者服务建设在图书馆硬件软件设施和图书馆馆员及读者素质方面仍存在不少问题。因此,只有继续加强高校图书馆硬件设施建设,提升高校图书馆馆员读者服务的综合素质,提高读者对现代信息技术利用素养,才能应对信息网络时代读者服务建设新形势的发展。
Information age brings diversity to the construction of college library services which should keep pace with the development of the network information technology, ranging from the emergence of electronic reading room, to the full coverage of wireless network, to the development of cell phone＇ s libraries and the application of the micro blogging. However, many problems exist in the constructions of library service in universities in the hardware and software and the qualities of librarians and readers. Hence improving the hardware infrastructure construction and the comprehensive qualities of librarians and the technology literacy of readers on modem information is the only way to deal with the development of the construction of reader service in information and network age.
